The skyline has transformed and become more like a Dubai or Hong Kong, according to the article. The article also stated that owning a piece of the skyline in Miami comes at a fraction of the cost of luxury properties in other global cities.
Throughout the City, there are several great residential skyscrapers. However, only seven can be labeled as the most amazing new residential skyscrapers in Miami.
Porsche Design Tower
The Porsche name usually means luxury and this tower is no different. It was launched in March 2017 and provides a prime location on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The design provides a bold approach with innovation. The tower also marks the first entry into the real estate market for the Porsche Design brand.
This skyscraper stands 60 stories tall and provides an ultra-luxury tower with an automobile lift system for vehicles to be parked in a sky garage. Views of the Atlantic Ocean are rather breathtaking from the floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies found in every residence.
At least 22 billionaires call the tower home and only five units were still available in April 2017. One of the units that were still available was a 19,403-square-foot penthouse with parking for up to 11 vehicles.
Units in the Porsche Design Tower come in between $6.9 and $32.5 million.
Turnberry Ocean Club
With delivery coming in 2018, the Turnberry Ocean Club is another prime Sunny Isles Beach residential skyscraper. It’s an all-glass design standing 54 stories tall with direct ocean and bay views. The tower holds 154 residences with 11-foot deep balconies overlooking the ocean and the bay.
The building will also include more than 70,000 square feet of amenities with a three-story Sky Club, concierge services and much more. The cost of living at Turnberry Ocean Club is expected to range from $4 to $35 million.
Faena House
Located in Miami Beach off Collins Avenue, Faena House provides one of the most desirable places to call home. It includes 47 residences with wraparound terraces and stands 18 stories stall. Along with the residences, the development includes a luxury hotel, concert hall and cultural arts center.
The cost of living at Faena House comes in between $3.6 and $55 million.
One Thousand Museum
Located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, One Thousand Museum is one of the most desirable locations in the city. It’s a residential skyscraper standing 62 stories tall with 83 residences throughout. The building is the only residential skyscraper from Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid in the Western Hemisphere.
The residences range from 4,600 to over 16,000 square feet with duplex townhomes, half-floor residences, a duplex penthouse and full-floor penthouses. Living here will run from $5 to $49 million and the building is expected to open in 2018.
Residences by Armani Casa
Found on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the Residences by Armani Casa will be delivered in 2019. This building will stand 56 stories tall as an oceanfront tower with 308 luxurious residences. It will show off the refined style of Armani with rich textiles, custom furnishings and more.
The glass tower will provide a fine dining restaurant with a wine cellar and cigar room, along with a two-story spa and many beach amenities. Residents living here will also enjoy 300 feet of private beach. The homes will range from 1,350 to 4,160 square feet with prices ranging from $2 to $15 million.
Palazzo del Sol
A Fisher Island location with a Miami Beach address, Palazzo del Sol is an exclusive location. This area has the highest per capita income in the entire country and it shows in this building. Standing 10 stories tall, the building has a Mediterranean style with 43 residences and very few remaining for sale.
Fisher Island can be accessed by private ferry. The island includes a Beach Club, tennis courts, two marinas and many restaurants throughout. Palazzo del Sol provides white-glove, six-star services with private massage rooms, a beauty salon, a terrace lounge and so much more.

Muse
Located off Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, use is one of the best boutique luxury buildings you’ll find. It stands 49 stories tall and was designed by Carlos Ott. The units will be designed with Dr. Deepak Chopra and Delos in collaboration to provide the best for emotional and physical wellbeing to residences.
