With so many great condos found throughout Key Biscayne, it’s hard to cover them all in one article. Here’s Part 2 of our Complete Guild to Key Biscayne Condos.
Key Biscayne Ambassador
Built in 1975, Key Biscayne Ambassador provides nine stories with 90 total units. It’s not on the water and units range from one to three bedrooms with 1,013 to 2,450 square feet of living space. The building is found at 575 Crandon Boulevard.
Key Colony Condos
A four-tower condo complex, the Key Colony Condos provide a waterfront option with 951 total residences. The units range from one to four bedrooms with 810 to 3,780 square feet in size. Three of the four towers stand 12 stories tall, while the Botanica tower only stands 4 stories tall.
The towers are located at 141, 151, 201 and 251 Crandon Boulevard and prices range from about $550K to $2.4 million.
Built in 1964, Key Islander is not a waterfront options. It stands three stories tall and provides 32, one to three bedroom residences ranging from 601 to 1,352 square feet in size. The building is located at 290 Sunrise Drive.
Le Phare Condo
Le Phare Condo was built in 1980 and provides 57 units spread over two floors. It’s not waterfront and the units are all one or two bedrooms with 720 to 1,116 square feet of living space. Le Phare Condo is located at 798 Crandon Boulevard.
Built in 1974, Mar Azul provides a waterfront condo building standing 12 stories tall. The building provides one to four bedroom units with 127 total condos ranging from 510 to 4,101 square feet in size.
Mar Azul is found at 600 Grapetree Drive and prices range from about $945K to $1.6 million.
A non-waterfront building from 1967, North Sunrise provides 21 units spread over 5 floors. Units are one or two bedroom with 460 to 1,140 square feet of living space. The building is located at 301 Sunrise Drive.
Ocean Club Condos
This massive condo project includes 11 towers and was constructed between 1996 and 202. A total of 802 residences are offered with one to five bedrooms and 1,310 to 5,403 square feet of living space. Many of the towers were completed in 2002.
Ocean Club Ocean Towers is the largest standing 16 stories tall and providing 222 units, while Ocean Club Lake Villa Two is the smallest with just 36 units and standing only 6 stories tall.
The towers are located at 701-799 Crandon Boulevard and prices range from $275K to nearly $9 million.
Ocean Club Towers
Built in 1998 and 1999, this three-tower complex provides a waterfront option with one to five bedroom units ranging from 1,330 to 5,110 square feet in size. A total of 287 residents are provided and the towers stand 18 or 19 stories tall.
The towers are found at 781, 785 and 789 Crandon Boulevard and range in price from $1.7 million up to about $7.5 million.
Ocean Drive Manor
Built in 1968, Ocean Drive Manor provides a waterfront option with 21 total units. It stands 8 stories tall and all units are two bedrooms ranging from 1,220 to 1,365 square feet in size. The building is located at 590 Ocean Drive.
Ocean Lane Plaza
A non-waterfront option built in 1981, Ocean Lane Plaza provides a nine-story building with 89 total units. All units are two bedrooms and range from 1,335 to 1,600 square feet in size.
The building is located at 170 Ocean Lane Drive. Prices range from $640K to about $757K.
Built in 1982, Ocean Village is a non-waterfront option with four stories and 74 total units. Condos range from one to three bedrooms and from 972 to 1,734 square feet in size.
The building is located at 55 Ocean Lane Drive and prices range from about $478K to $1 million.
The Palms of Key Biscayne
The Palms of Key Biscayne was built in 1974 and offers a non-waterfront building with 11 stories and 48 total units. One and two-bedroom options are available ranging from 744 to 2,241 square feet in size. The building is located at 77 Crandon Boulevard.
Sands of Key Biscayne
Dating back to 1969, the Sands of Key Biscayne provides a waterfront option with 120 total units and 11 floors. All units are 2 bedrooms with 1,496 square feet. The building is located at 609 Ocean Drive.
The Sunrise Club was built in 1964 and provides two stories with 36 total residences. Units range from 410 to 640 square feet with one or two bedrooms. The Sunrise Club offers some of the smallest condos in Key Biscayne. The building is located at 100 Sunrise Drive.
Towers of Key Biscayne
Built in 1972, the Towers of Key Biscayne provide 16 stories with 538 residences. The units range from one to four bedrooms with 1,114 to 3,564 square feet. It’s a waterfront option with two towers located at 1111 and 1121 Crandon Boulevard. Prices range from $529K to $1.9 million.
A townhouse project found waterfront, Villa Harbor was built in 1969. Just 17 residences are found here with some two and three bedroom options. About 1,408 to 2,160 square feet of living space is provided and the townhomes are found at 166 Harbor Drive.
