Cole Southworth

Cole Southworth is a wellness expert and future physician (c/o 2026). He currently holds a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami and an MS in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. He also an expert in data analytics and statistical analysis–something he uses to serve his clients through detailed market analytics.

As a member of The Audrey Ross Team at Compass, Cole utilizes his knowledge and passion for wellness, attention to detail, and helping others to ensure his real estate clients have a smooth, equitable, and fruitful experience navigating the real estate market in South Florida. Cole views his role in real estate as that of an advocate– ensuring his clients’ needs are met and their rights protected. He brings an energy and passion for sharing knowledge to each interaction with his clientele and offers resource connections far beyond the closing date.

In addition to those provided by The Audrey Ross Team and Compass, Cole maintains an active professional network and provides connections to any number of local and national resources from real estate, legal, health and wellness, and many others. When he’s not practicing real estate, you can find Cole working towards his Master’s in Public Health, working out, and exploring South Florida with his dog, Benny.
