Giancarlo Jaramillo

Giancarlo Jaramillo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He grew up in the Westchester neighborhood where he graduated from Florida Christian High School.

Giancarlo followed his love for business by moving to New York City where he gained experience in sales and marketing. During his time at Equinox Soho, Giancarlo met an array of clients including those in the entertainment, finance and real estate industries.

In 2019, he was inspired to pursue real estate after studying industry and investment insights and long term opportunities for the state of Florida. He relocated to Miami in October of 2019 and shortly after began his real estate career where, during this time, was able to help others relocate to Miami.

Enthusiastic to learn more about Miami’s growth, Giancarlo placed himself at the forefront of Miami’s emerging neighborhoods by staying up to date with the developments and investments into neighborhoods like Brickell and Downtown Miami.

Fueled by the influx of those wanting to call Miami home, in his first year of real estate Giancarlo helped 18 clients find their home in the neighborhoods of Brickell, Downtown, and Edgewater.

Growing up in Miami, Giancarlo has an extensive background and paired with his passion to remain the most knowledgeable agent, he strives to provide his clients with invaluable market insight to help them in their real estate journey.
