In the recent past, it was only possible to obtain concierge services in the more exclusive hotels and in airports.  These days, luxury concierge services are available in most major cities in the world.  Some of these services only cater to extremely wealthy clients.  Their stated mission is to meet their clients every need.  They typically have connections throughout the world, and they will leave no stone unturned to satisfy a client’s request.   For example, a client of one of the most exclusive concierge services wanted to purchase an extremely rare book.  The service scoured bookstores around the world in search of this tome.  It took many months, but the book was eventually located in an obscure bookshop in Ankara, Turkey.  And the book was written in English!
