Audrey Ross Speaks at The Luxury Real Estate Conference in Atlanta
October 8, 2013Audrey Ross, of MiamiRealEstate.com, Participated in an insightful discussion about the state of the Global Real Estate Market, during a Regents meeting at the Luxury Real Estate conference in Atlanta. Top luxury real estate brokers from all over the world shared their observations of the state of the real estate market in their respective cities/countries. Costa Rica, Whistler, Savannah, Boston, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, South Carolina, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami were among the markets discussed.
Most brokers reported having one of the best years they have had in many, especially in their respective luxury real estate markets. In addition, most markets reported record low inventories. Ross reported that the Miami real estate market is very active, with prices up 24%, and inventory up 7%. “The Crane is about to become our national bird again” said Ross when discussing the return of the condo builders to Miami. Ross also commented on the influx of international buyers in Miami, noting that Asian buyers have discovered the Miami Real Estate market and have started investing in it.
