Branded Condominiums and Miami Real Estate Gains PopularityMarch 26, 2013
Ultra wealthy buyers are currently looking for what’s known as “branded” real estate in the Miami area. These buyers come from all over the world and they’re looking for higher standards in design and amenities. From homes to condominiums, this sector of luxury real estate has become a popular choice for many.
Many labels, such as Bulgari and Versace are preparing to develop condominium buildings due to this demand. They’re looking at areas within South Beach and other luxury neighborhoods in Miami to help expand their brand through real estate developments linked to hotel buildings and featuring only the best amenities possible.
These projects will not only provide new luxury condominiums, town houses and hotels in the Miami area, but they will also bring more jobs to the city. Usually, the brands involved in creating residential buildings use only the top designers in the world, such as Marcel Wanders and Anouska Hempel. This helps to ensure the buildings provide the high level of luxury expected when the brand is attached to the residential space.
Buyers love these types of condominiums and homes because they know the luxury that comes with the brand. When a property has a top brand attached to it, there’s a specific expectation coming along with the name. Just as with products in a store, the name brand tends to fulfill the higher expectations of the consumer. More of these types of properties could lead to a huge explosion of this market within Miami.
Other potential projects coming to the luxury neighborhoods of Miami include Calvin Klein, Samsun and possibly Apple luxury real estate. None of these brands are currently working on a project, but as many top world brands move into this part of the industry, others will follow.
