Cessna Delivers Once Again

In the Aviation world, Cessna is a huge name and the Cessna Citation Sovereign is a very popular plane because of the range, top cruising speed and seating capacity. This is a smaller plane that could easily find its way into the super-midsize category. The best part about the craft is the fuel economy and the price, which puts it in the small aircraft category.

The new aircraft coming from this company promises upgrades, which will basically be given away. The new Sovereign will come at a lower price and with the upgrades available, it will be nearly the same price. Cessna will start to delivery this new plane very soon.

Some of the things you will get from the new plane include:

•    A longer range stretched to 3,452 miles
•    Added small winglets
•    A cruising altitude of 45,000 feet
•    Garmin g5000 avionics system
•    Auto-throttle

These upgrades and changes will provide a better plane for those looking for the private jet experience. The new Sovereign will be able to make the trip coast-to-coast without a stop for fuel. Sometimes the headwinds on the trip from Boston to San Diego and a few of the other routes force a stop for fuel, but this won’t be an issue any longer.

With the new Garmin g5000 avionics system, the cockpit will be outfitted with touchscreens, synthetic vision and auto-throttle. Synthetic vision will provide a computer-generated view of what’s below, which will help in bad weather and other situations. Cessna plans to add this feature to many of the other aircrafts in the fleet.

So much confidence is behind the new aircraft from Cessna, they started creating the plane before they even announced it. This isn’t normal in the industry, but they know what they’re doing because this aircraft will deliver.
