Cocoplum Phase 1 :
Phase 1 houses approximately 140 homes. Cut off right at the first canal on the eastern side, the properties are located directly east of the Old Cultler Rd.
Cocoplum Phase 2:
Part of the Cocoplum’s Homeowner’s association, this phase is the larger of the two, encompassing around 300 homes, 29 of which are located on the Tahiti Beach. A few homes in this community have expanded to occupy more lots.
Between these two phases, approximately 50% of the homes in the enclave are situated on the water. These waterfront homes are right at the top of the luxury market and are known to appreciate in value extremely well.
Another major advantage of Cocoplum is its convenient location to some of the best public and private schools in Miami. Cocoplum is very close to some of the best private schools in Miami including Ransom Everglades, Gulliver Preparatory, Carrollton School of The Sacred Heart, Lourdes Academy, Temple Beth Am, Westminster Christian and Palmer Trinity. For older students, the University of Miami, established by Cocoplum developer George Merrick, is just a five minute drive away.
