Story telling is the essence of artful home staging. Before you market your home, it is important to know who your target customers are. How can your home uniquely inspire their lives? Do you have a state of the art kitchen that is perfect for entertaining? Is there a fireplace that evokes romantic interludes? Do you have a veranda by the pool that is begging for a jazz quartet and a cocktail soiree or a dock that calls for an exciting, deep-sea fishing adventure?

Most people have a hard time envisioning a new life in an unfamiliar place. You can help your buyer imagine the next chapter of their story in your home, by spinning a tale that is so attractive they can’t resist.
