Laduree is the first name ever associated with Macarons. This confectioner was founded in 1862 and now provides over 50 locations across the globe. With some of the best Macarons coming from these shops, you must try the Lemon and Chocolate Yuzu flavors.
Pierre Herme
The creator of Pierre Herme Paris, a boutique patisserie with over 25 locations, this is one of the best places to get Macarons. Pierre is responsible for Jour du Macaron in France, which is an annual day to raise money for charity with the sale of Macarons on March 20th. Of course, you can try a Macaron from here any day of the year. The most popular flavors are Raspberry Lychee and Mint Chocolate.
La Belle Miette
With three locations, La Belle Mietee is one of the best in the business when it comes to Macarons. Opened by Thomas Keller in the United States, this bakery provides one of the best Macarons you will find stateside. Four locations are found in the United States and provide a list of great flavors changing with each season. Coconut Mango, Caramel, Birthday Cake and Chocolate.
