Key Biscayne voters elect new council members
November 14, 2012Key Biscayne voters turned out in droves Tuesday to re-elect Vice Mayor Dr. Michael Kelly and add youthful transplant Theodore Holloway and longtime resident Ed London to the Village Council. Per Village Clerk Conchita Alvarez the average voter participation is about 67%. This year it was 73%.
Mayor Frankln ran unopposed for his second term. He will begin his second term along with all the new council members at the next village council meeting scheduled for November 7pm at noon
