All their dishes are made fresh from local ingredients. The brunch menu is A la carte and the idea is to order several dishes to share around the table, very similar to the tapas concept. Probably one of the most special dishes you’ll ever find anywhere in South Florida for brunch.
The Coral Gables Biltmore Sunday Champagne Brunch, is probably one of South Florida most famous brunches. This one is probably one of the country’s most lavish Champagne brunches. Offered every Sunday in the Fontana’s stunning courtyard this buffet features numerous delicacies, such as caviar, smoked salmon, shellfish, carved meats, fresh omelettes, pastas, sushi and more. This one will definitely make any person feels very special.
Make sure you call for reservations as all these brunches usually get booked completely very early. This is just a small sample of the brunches Miami has to offer.
