New Park Coming to Brickell Avenue!

Finally! Our very own public park and it has been promised for completion by years end. The new park is located 1814 Brickell Avenue and many of us have read about it, walked past it and stopped and wondered when it would happen. Many thought it would become a doggy park but per the Miami Today’s article, components to be included are a children’s playground picnic area and reading area.
The property was purchased last year for $2.6M aided by a contribution from the Tibor Hollo and Sheila Hollo Trust.
