Miami is one of the most luxurious cities in the world, which leads to some of the most incredible developments throughout the city. Some of the most lavish condominium buildings and other types of developments have been created throughout this South Florida paradise. Here are a few of the most incredible development in Miami.

Oceana Bal Harbour

A 28-story project from Argentinian developer Eduardo Costantini, Oceana Bal Harbour brings some of the most amazing South American art to the area. The development includes 240 units and is scheduled to open in 2016. Units will range from $3 million to $30 million.

Surf Club

A beachfront development from Richard Meier, the Surf Club is scheduled to open in 2015. This 150-unit structure has attracted many New York buyers and many will use the space as a second home. It’s located near the Bal Harbour Shops and the Indian Creek Golf Club and the historic Surf Club will be restored and used as a private club. Units range from $3 million to $35 million.

Porsche Design Tower Miami

This 60-story development provides individual car elevators, amazing views and 132 huge units ranging from 4,300 to 17,000 square feet. Many of the units come with a plunge pool and additional “man caves” can be purchased on the third floor. The tower is expected to open in 2016 and units range from $5.3 million to $32 million.

Beach House 8

A ten-story building set to open in June of 2015, Beach House 8 provides access to a yoga terrace, a lounge area and a 75-foot-long swimming pool. Units include a six-bedroom penthouse with 6,000 square feet of space outdoors. Units will be sold for $5.9 million to $14 million each.
