Sunny Isles Condominiums Featuring the Armani Brand
November 6, 2013A team has assembled to build Armani branded condominiums on Collins Avenue and 190th Street in Sunny Isles Beach. The team consists of Jorge Perez and Gil Dezer. Between these two individuals, some of the most recognized luxury buildings have been created including:
•   Porsche Tower
•   Paraiso Bay
•   Marea Condo
•   The SLS Hotel and Residences Brickell
•   Baltus House
However, this new building will be something unlike anything else. The architect hired for this project is Cesar Pelli, which is the same one that designed the Arscht Center, Petronas Towers in Malaysia and the World Financial Center in Manhattan. With his incredible design, the Armani Brand and two incredible developers, the Sunny Isles project promises to be something special.

This project is currently in pre-construction with condominium units up for sale. The price will start around $1.2 million or around $1,050 per square foot. Units will range from about 1,500 square feet up to around 3,100 square feet and will feature two, three or four bedrooms. December 2013, marks the month for the announcement of this project breaking ground.
This building will join the many other ultra-luxury buildings found in Sunny Isles including:
•   Porsche Design Tower
•   Chateau Beach Residences
•   Jade Signature
•   Raglia
•   Acqualina
Many know this area as the most like Dubai in Miami and it only makes sense that Armani would want a building here. There’s already a luxury building with Armani branded residence in Dubai and it just seems to fit with the rest of the landscape in Sunny Isles.
Armani buildings take on a minimalistic approach, much like an Armani suit, but still provide all the luxury expected with this name. Giorgio Armani designed 190 units in the Burj Khalifa building himself and has long been known for creating some of the best interior designs in the world. His name is one of the largest in the fashion industry and he has expanded to hotels, restaurants and residences all across the world.
