Most villas are quite large and typically offer at least 5,000 square feet of living space. There are usually four or more bedrooms, each with private bath. There is always a large living area and a fully appointed kitchen. In addition, many villas have a library, a music room, a movie screening room, and/or other rooms that accommodate specific interests. All luxury villas are elegantly furnished. Villas offering different periods of furniture, from Louis XIV to more contemporaryfurnishings, are accessible to the discriminating traveler.
The grounds surrounding the villa are as sumptuous as the interior. A pool, hot tub, and well-groomed gardens are usually provided. For those who like to ride, villas with stables and riding trails are available.  Or for those who like the water, there are villas to be found on almost any ocean, sea or lake in the world.  Naturally, adequate personnel are provided to care for both the interior and exterior of the villa. And perhaps most importantly, a concierge service is available throughout the holiday to handle any specific requests or services that a cultivated vacationer might require.
