In fact when it comes to the most exclusive restaurant in Miami, and all of south Florida, then only one name will ever spring to the mind or tongues of anyone who has ever had the privilege of eating there. That name is Naoe, located on Brickell Avenue.
What makes Naoe so truly exclusive is not only the insanely high quality of the food you’re served but also the fact that only 8 people attend each sitting. This combination means you’re enjoying a truly luxurious Japanese meal in the most intimate setting possible. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be treated like royalty than a single visit to Naoe will satisfy that dream for you.
In terms of actually dining here you’ll need to make your reservations well in advance and there’s absolutely no way you can simply walk in and hope to be seated – that simply doesn’t happen. It’s also a good idea to scout out the location in advance because there’s no exterior signage for Naoe itself, and the last thing you want to have happen is to get lost when your reservation is finally approved.
There are so many little touches that make Naoe so special that we’re not sure what to include first but we’ll start with the menus – these are actually customized with your name. Then you have the pleasure of being able to watch Chef Corey prepare your sushi whilst sampling some Saki from the family-owned Nakamura Brewery. In all you can expect your meal to last roughly 3-hours, with you never feeling rushed or under pressure to leave.
Eating at Naoe is an extremely expensive way to enjoy sushi but you’re not going to find such intimacy, such great food and such a high standard of service anywhere else in Florida.
