Thomas Kramer Home – $35 million
Thomas Kramer is a German real estate investors and a venture capitalist. He owns this home, which provides some of the most incredible features in South Beach. Kramer is credited with changing the run down area of South Beach into an A-list place for celebrities to enjoy.
The home itself provides more than 30,000s square feet of space with a dozen full baths, four half baths and 13 bedrooms. There’s a 10,000 bottle wine cellar, a home theater, full gym and a gourmet kitchen, as well. Of course, one cannot forget about the museum-quality artwork displayed throughout the house.
Versace Mansion – $41.5 Million
It’s no surprise to find the Casa Casuarina on the list. This mansion is known by many as the crown jewel of South Beach. It’s a beautiful home dating back to the 1930s and purchased by Gianna Versace in 1992.
The home features a Mediterranean style with more than 23,000 square feet. It has ten bedrooms, eleven bathrooms and plenty of ornate features throughout. Of course, you can’t miss the 54-foot pool liked with 24 karat gold, known as the “Thousand Mosaic Pool.

3 Indian Creek Drive – $47 million
No fancy name for this home, but that doesn’t stop it from being known as the one of the most expensive properties in South Florida. It was purchased by an unnamed buyer in 2012 for cash. The home is found in the Indian Creek neighborhood and provides the most lavish features possible.
Inside the home, there are ten bedrooms 14 bathrooms, plenty of waterfront views, reflecting pools a full spa pavilion and more. The master bedroom is more than 3,000 square feet in size and the gourmet kitchen is very large, as well. There’s a 100-foot swimming pool outside, wet bars and a rooftop bar.
