Rio Carnival
Not only one of the most luxurious, but also one of the most expensive, the Rio Carnival cost about $3,000 per person, per day. The costumes are amazing and made from the best fabrics in the world. The festival runs for five to seven days in February every year. It includes plenty of fun parties, dances, parades and so much more.
