Often, this is done by choosing one of the most incredible homes in the world or building a new one to add to the list. Whether it’s the $20 million home with a golf course or a luxury living space with a helicopter pad and heated floors, there are many extravagant homes found across the world. Here are just a few of them.
Pumpkin Key – $110 Million
This isn’t just a home, but a private island with 26 acres of land. It’s found off Key Largo in Florida and provides a 5,000 square foot home. There is a large marina, tennis courts, an expansive private beach and helicopter pads, as well.
Rancho San Carlos – $125 Million
Covering about 238 acres, this estate is found in the Montecito Neighborhood. It has an avocado orchard, office building, 11 properties, horse facilities and much more. The home was built in the 1930s and covers 30,000 square feet with 30 rooms, an underground bar and tennis courts.
Le Palais Royal – $139 Million
This 60,000 square foot home is found in Florida and provides four acres of land, 11 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and much more. There’s a 30-car garage underground, a private IMAX theater, mega-yacht tock and a massive infinity pool. The mansion is French-inspired and includes a $2 million marble staircase. It hasn’t quite been completed, but is expected to be done very soon.
Jeff Greene’s Estate – Unknown
The home of billionaire Jeff Greene was acquired from Mishall Adham before going into foreclosure. It’s a massive home with 53,000 square feet, a 15,000 square foot entertainment center, 50-seat theater, private-label vineyard, walk-in refrigerator, 27-car garage and much more. The 12 bedroom, 24 bathroom home has a 5,000 square foot master suite, bowling alleys, waterfalls, a massive wine cellar and so much more. It’s one of the largest and most extravert estates in the world.
