July 4, 2014Kids love summer camps and many remember the swimming, the camp fires, the hiking and plenty of other fun things. However, some of the most exclusive summer camps may leave your kids with a little bit of a different type of experience. Here are a few to choose from.
Raquette Lake Camp, New York
Found in the Andirondack Mountains, this elite summer camp cost over $11,000 per kid for just one week. This just covers the basic expenses for the week. If you want your kids to enjoy day trips and the traditions canoe trek, those will cost extra.

This is an all-boys camp that lasts eight weeks. It cost just over $11,000 per kid and provides plenty of fun.
Camp Matoponi is a similar type of camp, but for just girls. The cost is the same and these two camps provide many of the same activities.
High Cascade Camp, Oregon

Camp Laurel, Maine
A co-ed camp for those seven to 15 years of age, this camp is perfect for all kids. It cost around $11,400 for an eight-week program. Campers can enjoy all types of fun activities and if it rains, they have a 3,000-foot gymnastics center and an indoor field house.
