Will the iPad Mini be the Star of Apple’s big event tomorrow?
October 22, 2012Tuesday October 23rd is the date for Apple’s next event. Tittle of the invitation says: “We have a little more to show you”. Each time an apple invitation is sent out many of us start analyzing the invitation seeing if we could find any tips for what Apple is going to talk about from the invitation creative. AppleFanSite.com published last week their own comic “over analysis” of the recent Apple event invitation sent out last week. While entertaining they bring up some point that could make sense.
Experts and bloggers have been flooding the internet with many rumors about different announcements that we might here tomorrow from the Cupertino giant. The one rumor considered the favorite at this point is the introduction of the “iPad Mini”. We have made several claims in the past doubting the idea that the iPad Mini is actually a real product. We still have some doubts but now it is looking more real than ever. We will all have our answer tomorrow.
There has also been a lot of chatter about new iMacs, and possible a MacBook with retina display. The iMac lineup has been due for an update for quite sometime now. Could we possibly see an iMac with retina display presented tomorrow? Another player that people tend to forget is the Apple TV. We don’t really think that Apple is quite ready to introduce a serious Apple TV upgrade or new product, but if a new iMac is introduces it is going to be interesting to see if any of it’s features could give hints about a possible Apple TV direction. If Apple is able to produce iMacs with Retina displays then it could be a viewed as a big hint that Apple is ready to start production of high end television sets. Apple will answer some of our questions tomorrow during their event, scheduled to start tomorrow at 10:00 am PT, while leaving some unanswered so we can continue talking and speculating about what Apple is up to.
