Do you like ramen? If so, this restaurant needs to be high on your list of places to eat! MomI Ramen, located in Miami, Florida, is known for fresh Ramen. And by fresh Ramen, that means that each noodle is made daily. There are not many Ramen restaurants that can claim this honor.

Why?

Each morning, the Ramen is made fresh in the restaurant with imported wheat flour from Japan. Since it is fresh Ramen, it is the healthiest, and with no added preservatives. This can be experienced not just in the taste of the noodles, but also in the taste of the broth.

With an open kitchen, you can see the food being made and how much care is taken into making every bowl of Ramen.

What to Get

The pork belly Ramen is a crowd pleaser. It is of course made with fresh noodles mixed with pork broth that has simmered for sixteen hours. Added to the soup are boiled eggs, mushrooms, and lettuce.

Truly Cultured Experience

The staff speaks little to no English. Because of this, you will feel the experience all the more authentic. Despite the language barrier, the staff is still friendly and responsive. They will look at the menu as you point to what you want. When in doubt, one suggestion would be to use Google translate on your phone.

When to Go

This place is small, so it may not be suitable for large groups. Momi Ramen would make a great, intimate date spot though.
