Phase 1 houses approximately 140 homes. Cut off right at the first canal on the eastern side, the properties are located directly east of the Old Cultler Rd.
Cocoplum Phase 2:
Part of the Cocoplum’s Homeowner’s association, this phase is the larger of the two, encompassing around 300 homes, 29 of which are located on the Tahiti Beach. A few homes in this community have expanded to occupy more lots.
Between these two phases, approximately 50% of the homes in the enclave are situated on the water. These waterfront homes are right at the top of the luxury market and are known to appreciate in value extremely well.
Schools
Another major advantage of Cocoplum is its convenient location to some of the best public and private schools in Miami. Cocoplum’s public school district is excellent with Sunset Elementary School, Ponce de Leon Middle School and Coral Gables Senior High School.
