Mid Beach is home to the newly renovated Miami Beach Convention Center and many world class events that take place there year round.  The Mid Beach area has a number of smaller residential neighborhoods locally known as North Bay Road, Allison Island, Lakeview, La Gorce Golf Course, Pinetree Drive and Millionaire’s Row.

Mid Beach is known for its strong diverse community and family oriented atmosphere.  It is home to a variety of religious centers, hospitals and doctor offices, and an interesting variety of grocery shopping and restaurant options.

Homes range from expansive mansions on North Bay Road with stunning open water views to smaller three to four bedroom homes on more modest interior lots.  Both the prestigious La Gorce Golf Course and the Miami Beach Golf Course are located in Mid Beach and both are lined with single family homes that enjoy golf course views.
