When you first hear that Coconut Grove is the oldest continuously inhabited community anywhere in Miami you might be tempted to think that “old” means dilapidated or run-down in some way but that simply isn’t the case. This is a very lush part of Miami and natural and heavy vegetation is everywhere to be seen. As one of the more unique neighborhoods in Miami acquiring a property here will still cost you in the region of several million dollars but the waterfront park views are worth that price alone.

Coral Gables

This community didn’t get christened “City Beautiful” without very good reason and of course the Mediterranean styling of the buildings here is just a small part of how aesthetically pleasing Coral Gables really is. Offering everything you could desire from living in an exclusive community combined with a world-class University being located here makes Coral Gables a highly desirable place to live. The better properties in this area can fetch in excess of $10,000,000 (10 million dollars).
