Rolex

Rolex is another luxury brand that is considered top gun in the industry. Its quality was tested when Mercedes Gleitze wore the watch during his swim across the English Channel. Since then, the brand has been widely known for producing top quality products. One notable Rolex watch is the Oyster collection, which has been developed over the years. In 1945, the Oyster Datejust was invented, the first watch to automatically display the date. Of course, Rolex is never short of celebrities endorsing the product and willing to test its endurance.

Movado

Once known as the North American Watch Company, Movado is noted for its first automatic winding wristwatch, the Tempomatic, which was released in 1945. During the ’60s, the Movado Museum watch was released with its classic numberless dial. Today, Movado is still one of the leading luxury timepiece makers, and it seems that it won’t be changing anytime soon.
